Symphony SUMMIT’s partnership with Microsoft for its new operations in Australia

Symphony SUMMIT, a leading provider of IT Operations Management solutions, today announced that it has launched operations in Australia and will partner with Microsoft as part of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the region.
SUMMIT’s next generation, integrated IT Operations Management platform is designed for today’s enterprises and corporates that are looking to take the lead with service transformations. The solution is built to leverage Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform and comes with built-in features around analytics, mobility, gamification, automation and operational intelligence.

“Customers are increasingly looking for disruptive or innovative ways to achieve service delivery excellence and are looking for an agile, intelligent solution which can provide them with enterprise-class functionality that is quick to deploy,” said Satyen Vyas, SUMMIT’s CEO. “Our solution will help CIOs realize the potential of their IT infrastructure investments faster and help reduce their pain around areas like compliance and automation. When combined with Microsoft’s Azure platform, customers will now be able to swiftly deploy a comprehensive and integrated product, in a true ‘as a service’ model”.

SUMMIT has adopted a partner-friendly strategy to help them achieve a faster go-to-market in Australia. The partnership with Microsoft blends particularly well with the SUMMIT technology stack, which is entirely built on Microsoft technologies.

Our partner ecosystem has enabled vendors like Symphony SUMMIT to build solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform and engage with local partners to provide end-end solutions to customers,” Phil Goldie, Microsoft Australia’s Director – Partner Business & Development, said.
