Jobrapido, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company, announced today the appointment of experienced industry executive Robert Brouwer as CEO. With more than 15 years of experience in leading and transforming companies, Brouwer brings a wealth of global online recruitment knowledge to Jobrapido, the second largest global player in the growing job aggregator segment. The company has a presence in 58 countries, providing a one-stop platform for job-seekers to connect with employers.

Brouwer will help advance Jobrapido’s strategic efforts as it seeks to become the leading global player in online talent acquisition. Most recently, he spent 12 years at Monster Worldwide, where he oversaw global expansion strategy and execution in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

He has been leading sales organizations for almost 20 years and most recently Hammond spent seven years with Monster Worldwide in different senior European sales leadership roles. His past work experience has proven his ability to scale sales in businesses all over the world, while implementing new technologies that improve human resources.
