The latest product introductions to Fishbowl’s restaurant CRM functionality are Segmentation Builder and Member Profiler, both powered by the Fishbowl Data Platform.

The Segmentation Builder is a marketing engagement tool that creates specific target audiences based on members’ behaviors. By analyzing profile and activity data, marketers can create elaborate audiences composed of individuals whose traits match their most imaginative targets. As a result, tailored segments will drive higher campaign response and redemption rates.

Fishbowl’s Member Profiler allows client users to access an individual guest’s complete record of attributable data in the Fishbowl Data Platform. These profiles can be easily searched, to obtain a comprehensive, organized view of each individual member’s data, including demographics, campaign responses, and promotions. The feature provides ease and accessibility for one-on-one situations such as customer support.

“2018 was an exciting year for Fishbowl as we have transformed our Guest Management Platform with enhancements to Messaging through Enterprise Email and SMS, to Loyalty with Rewards Manager, and now by enhancing our CRM functionality,” added Dreymann.
