Ventiv Technology Reinforces Commitment to Global Growth with New Sales Team Members

Ventiv Technology, Inc., a leading provider of technology business solutions to the risk, insurance and safety management community, today announced the addition of several industry veterans to its global sales team.

Since becoming an independent company last year, Ventiv (formerly Aon eSolutions) has moved to strengthen its market position, including several new product releases. This most recent move demonstrates the company’s commitment to hiring the best talent in the industry to support its growth agenda. The new sales team members are:

Wes Foster, VP, Emerging Markets, joined Ventiv in its Atlanta, GA, office in March. Wes is an executive-level sales leader with almost 20 years’ experience identifying new markets, generating leads and closing deals. Wes brings with him a multimillion–dollar global record of selling risk, insurance and safety technology solutions. Wes has successfully developed new business for technology in emerging markets, including Latin America, as well as key industries such as healthcare.

Andrew Rennie, Business Development Director, Asia-Pacific, joined Ventiv in its Sydney, Australia, office in March. Andrew brings to the Ventiv team more than 40 years of industry experience in Risk, Insurance and Safety. He has worked as a risk professional, a claims manager, senior broker in both Asia Pacific and the United States. Most recently, Andrew served in sales roles with a number of well-recognized IT system providers in the risk technology industry.

Bjoern Heck, Business Development Director, Europe, joined Ventiv in its Hamburg, Germany, office on April 15. Bjoern brings 15 years of experience developing and selling technology solutions in the insurance and financial-services industries. He has deep expertise helping companies develop analytics and big-data strategies, capability roadmaps and implementation plans. Bjoern has consistently ensured that technology works to support business objectives.

Kathy Burns, CEO of Ventiv Technology, said: “We’re excited to have Wes, Andrew and Bjoern join us. For more than 40 years, companies have turned to us with their hardest problems and we’ve delivered creative, proven solutions. Ventiv already offers localized solutions in more countries than any other provider in our industry. However, we recognize that there are on-going, significant growth opportunities around the world. To be sure, Ventiv has long had a very strong international-market position, for which we are grateful to our international clients and to our international colleagues. The addition of Wes, Andrew and Bjoern, working alongside the rest of our global team, will now ensure that we can bring our award-winning solutions to even more organizations, wherever they are located.”
