At the 2024 Employer Brand Management Awards, held in London, Symphony Talent, on behalf of bp, took home a Gold award for “Best Employer Brand Management from the Energy and Utilities Sector” and Silver awards for “Best Employer Brand Innovation” and “Best Communication of the Employer Brand to the External Audience.” For its work with GSK, Symphony Talent earned a Silver award for “Best Social Media Strategy.” For its work with Novartis, the company took home a Bronze for “Best Employer Brand Management from the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Sector.”
