Symphony Performance Health Acquires The Myers Group

Action analytics leader Symphony Performance Health announced today they have acquired member experience leader, The Myers Group. The combination of Symphony Performance Health (SPH) and The Myers Group (TMG) creates a unique set of patient and member experience measurement, reporting, and action analytics capabilities for healthcare organizations across the continuum of care. These capabilities, combined with advanced population health solutions, create a highly differentiated set of offerings that are in alignment with Meaningful Use 2 principles. Offering population health clinical management solutions that intersect with overall patient experience measurement and analysis is critical to the future needs of evolving healthcare delivery models.

Symphony Performance Health is currently a market leader within the ambulatory clinic and ambulatory surgical center market, providing patient satisfaction and survey measurement solutions to more than 1100 healthcare facilities. In addition, SPH provides H-CAHPS, ED-CAHPS, PCMH-CAHPS measurement, reporting, and action analytics within the broader provider marketplace. SPH’s advanced analytics allow a provider to compare Top Box Scores to their Net Promoter Scores.
