SPH Analytics Recognized Among Top Patient Satisfaction Firms

SPH Analytics ranked number four on Modern Healthcare’s list of largest patient satisfaction measurement firms. SPH Analytics is the top firm recognized for services to healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers, dialysis centers, clinics, and many of the nations leading health plans.

The ranking is based on reported data for 2014 performance and is another addition to the SPH Analytics (SPHA) satisfaction bests. SPHA announced last month that 20 percent of their clients had four to five-star ratings on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)’s Health Insurance Plan Rating 2015-2016.

“We are proud to work with clients who are fully committed to patient/member satisfaction,” said Al Vega, CEO of SPH Analytics. “This recognition is a confirmation of our strategy to bring together companies with leading-edge ability to transform healthcare in the changing landscape.”

SPHA combines traditional patient satisfaction methodologies with analytic tools that give healthcare payers, providers, and organizations the ability to take action on performance metrics tied to reimbursement including CAHPS ®, Top Box, PQRS, and Net Promoter ScoreSM. The company has provided state-of-the-art analytics for outpatient treatment facilities and has more than 20 years of experience administering patient and health plan member satisfaction surveys.

Vega said, “SPHA will continue to work with our industry-leading health plan and healthcare provider customers to proactively impact the patient and member experience. Coupled with our Population Health, PQRS clinical measures, and HEDIS solutions, SPHA provides healthcare leaders tools that help them fulfill regulatory mandates, monitor quality, and gain unique clinical performance insights, enabling them to focus on improving overall outcomes.”
