SPH Analytics Receives PQRS Registry Renewal from CMS

SPH Analytics announced today that they have been renewed as an approved PQRS Registry vendor, able to submit PQRS measures to CMS. Additionally, SPH Analytics (SPHA) reported ongoing work with CMS to finalize approval as a QCDR vendor ahead of the coming changes to quality reporting.

CMS began Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) in 2011 with the purpose of collecting healthcare data regarding the quality of care provided to patients. In the future, the planned qualified clinical data registry (QCDR) will not be limited to PQRS measures. SPHA is working with CMS to ensure their population health tools will include the new measures and allow eligible providers to submit accurate data to meet the updated requirements.

“SPH Analytics is committed to helping providers stay ahead of the changes in regulatory requirements. It is important to us that we are able to help our clients through the transition from PQRS to QCDR so that they can meet all regulatory requirements and provide the quality care today’s healthcare consumers require,” said Robert Davis, Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at SPH Analytics.

SPHA offers population health analytics that support CMS required measures, provide risk PQRSstratification, support patient engagement, and guide process improvement for optimal outcomes for clinicians, hospitals, and health plans. They also offer a strong portfolio of CMS, CAHPS, and elective surveys as well as patient experience analytics to ensure a complete cycle of engagement and satisfaction as prescribed by the Quadruple Aim.
