MSC Software Corporation today announced that its new simulation platform, MSC Apex, was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Stevie® Awards.

The Stevie® Awards are the world’s premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Every new product nominated in The American Business Awards (ABA) will automatically be included in voting for the People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products. Voting will be conducted by the general public in July-August, and the winners will be honored at the ABA’s new product & tech awards ceremony in San Francisco on September 11.

MSC Apex has already been awarded the NASA Tech Briefs 2014 Readers’ Choice Product of the Year Award, Design News 2015 Golden Mousetrap Award, and the Innovationspreis IT ‘One of 30 Best Products Award,’ an award given once a year to companies who develop IT innovations that are useful for small and medium sized (SMB) companies.
