CaseWorthy, Inc. Acquires Adjacent Social and Human Services Software Company Eccovia

CaseWorthy, Inc, headquartered in Salt Lake City and backed by private equity firm STG, has acquired Eccovia, Inc., a leading software and services company that provides innovative case management and data analytics solutions to social and human services providers. This acquisition results in one of the largest purpose-built case-management platform companies and underscores CaseWorthy’s commitment to being the leader in the social and human services case and program management market.

“We are excited to combine CaseWorthy’s market-leading capabilities within social services and health and human services with Eccovia’s case management and care coordination capabilities. This results in a unique opportunity to further expand CaseWorthy’s platform via the complementary acquisition of another industry leading product,” said Rushi Kulkarni, Managing Director at STG.

Aaron Watson, CEO of CaseWorthy, added, “Combining the impressive capabilities of Eccovia with CaseWorthy’s mission-critical technology, results in one of the largest purpose-built social and human services case management software platforms that delivers full-client lifecycle capability from intake and eligibility assessments to program management and care plan design through to outcome tracking and impact measurement. CaseWorthy’s platform will now expand to meet even more needs of homeless communities via Eccovia’s Continuum of Care solution, which supports community-wide planning bodies to coordinate homeless services and housing efforts across specific geographic areas. Additionally, Eccovia streamlines the workflow between first response providers and social services care managers for people experiencing an incident or crisis. Considering the breadth Eccovia adds to CaseWorthy’s offerings, this convergence of companies enables us to offer a powerful social and human services case management platform.”
